In the afternoon of December 12, an explosion was recorded in Odesa after the military warned about the possible use of ballistic missiles.
According to Suspilne, the explosion occurred at about 04:26 p.m., when an air-raid alert was already in effect in the city.

The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported a high-speed target moving toward Chornomorsk from the south.

During the night attack, energy facilities and civilian infrastructure in Odesa and the Odesa district were damaged. As a result, parts of the city lost electricity and water supply, and fires broke out in residential buildings.

In Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region, five residential houses caught fire, and one person was killed in the shelling. Russian drones also attacked one of Ukraine’s coal mines, injuring two people.
In the Odesa region, a DTEK substation and a facility belonging to another energy company were hit. In addition, the enemy struck a sports school in Shostka, Sumy region, during children’s training, but there were no casualties or injuries.
