Explosions were heard in the Russian city of Tuapse, in the Krasnodar Krai, on the night of April 16 amid a drone attack. The strikes may have targeted storage tanks at the Tuapse Oil Refinery, which is owned by Rosneft.

Local residents reported hearing the sounds of drones flying overhead and air defense systems in operation.

This is one of the region’s key fuel infrastructure facilities.
