In Zaporizhzhia, 12 residential buildings were damaged as a result of a Russian attack that took place during the day.
This was reported on Telegram by the Zaporizhzhia City Council.
“The number of damaged buildings has increased to 12,” the statement said.
There is no need to relocate residents to temporary accommodation, the city council added. Restoration work is ongoing.

Earlier reports said that Russians attacked Zaporizhzhia, with possible disruptions to electricity and water supplies.
Russian forces also attacked Zaporizhzhia with strike drones, causing a fire to break out.
Since the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine, around 130,000 railway infrastructure facilities have been damaged or destroyed. This includes tracks, stations, depots and other critically important facilities that regularly come under shelling.
