Russian forces shelled a store in Sumy region, casualties and injuries reported
In the Velykopysarivka community of Sumy region, Russian forces dropped a guided aerial bomb on a store.
This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov.
According to him, the strike occurred at a moment when people were inside. As a result, two women — a shop assistant and a local resident — were killed. Their bodies were recovered from under the rubble.
Another shop assistant miraculously survived, and two more people were injured. One of the wounded women was taken to a hospital, where doctors are providing necessary care.
“The enemy deliberately strikes locations that were meant to be safe for life,” Hryhorov emphasized.
During the night of December 11, Russian occupiers launched ballistic missiles and various types of drones at Ukraine.
Throughout the night and the following day, Russian forces shelled with artillery and attacked with drones the Nikopol, Kryvyi Rih, and Synelnykove districts of Dnipropetrovsk region. As a result of the strikes, private homes, gas pipelines, and outbuildings were damaged.
During the night of December 10–11, Kremenchuk came under attack by Russian forces, who used ballistic missiles and drones.
On December 9, Russian troops attacked a fire station in the Zaporizhzhia district using a strike drone. The attack damaged the building, windows, doors, and roof.
During the night of December 9, the Russian army carried out a series of attacks on three districts of Dnipropetrovsk region simultaneously.
On the night of December 10, Russian forces launched a strike drone attack on an energy facility in Odesa region.
