One of Russia’s largest oil refineries, Orsknaftorgsintez, with a capacity of about 6 million tons of oil per year, was hit. The plant produces gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, bitumen, jet fuel, and other products, supplying petroleum products to the Ural and Volga regions, as well as partially for export.
