In Dnipro, Russia damaged the Art Museum for the second time during an attack

As a result of a large-scale nighttime attack by Russian forces on April 16, the Art Museum building in Dnipro was damaged, the museum’s press service reported.

The blast wave shattered all the windows and also damaged the building’s facade. According to preliminary information, the museum’s exhibits were not affected.

The museum stated that a damage assessment is currently underway and that recovery efforts are ongoing. The institution has temporarily suspended its operations.

City authorities emphasized that the collection had been secured in advance, which helped prevent the loss of exhibits.

It is also noted that this is not the first time the museum has been damaged as a result of Russian strikes.

During the same night’s large-scale attack across Ukraine, the greatest destruction was recorded in Kyiv, Dnipro, and Odesa, with casualties and injuries reported.

In addition, during the Russian attack on Kyiv, one of the missiles exploded near a construction site of the developer SAGA Development in the Pochaina area. As a result of the incident, six construction workers were injured.

In Kyiv, about 60 cars were burned during the massive Russian attack, and two security guards were killed.

It is worth recalling that the number of people killed as a result of a large-scale drone attack on Odesa on January 27 rose to four. An elderly man later died in the hospital from his injuries.

On the night of January 29, Russia carried out a strike on Odesa using attack drones, causing a fire at one of the industrial facilities.

It was also reported that the enemy attacked an infrastructure facility in Odesa with drones.
